Timing: Use on-demand rather than as a daily base for most people; trial the first dose on a low-demand day due to nausea risk.
Side effects / tolerability
- Nausea

- Headache
- Darkening of some pigmented spots in some users
Notes
- Clinical note: bremelanotide context is formulation-specific.
- Use context is cardiovascular-health dependent.
- Keep separate from other melanocortin agents.
Practical tips
- Start low before deciding it 'doesn't work' or 'hits too hard'
- Take notes on onset time and nausea
- Do not keep redosing the same evening to chase effect
