Titration schedule

• Weeks 1-4: 0.25 mg once weekly
• Weeks 5-8: 0.5 mg once weekly

Reconstitution

1. Swab vial tops with alcohol
2. Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water slowly
3. Swirl gently - do not shake
